CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Advance Notice Required:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 3 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 3 hours before the appointment time will be considered late cancellations and may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50-100% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any prior notice, this will be considered a "no-show." Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notification will be charged a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost.

Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments without sufficient notice may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings or may have limited access to online booking.
